Now comes the part where you leave my site to compare to other prices. All we ask is to keep in mind. The other site will not give you one flat price, they will do the plus plus dance, that is, price plus gratuity, plus tax, plus gas surcharge, plus sales tax, plus parking, plus tolls, plus any other nonsense they can think of.
Why are they asking you to do the math? Is it because their first price is low and after the math, the price is astronomical?
20% gratuity? Give me a break, WHO PUTS THEIR TIPS ON THE BOOKS? WOULD YOU? Are they trying to say that they are forcing you to pay a tip in addition to the fabulous salary they already pay the drivers?
Our price is flat and all inclusive, and we make no mistake about it.
Standard Wait Time: 15 minutes free wait time on all Non-Airport Pickups. Additional Wait time charged at $1/minute or the vehicles hourly rate whichever is greater.
Airport Wait time: 30 minutes of free wait time for Domestic flights and 45 minutes of free wait time for International flights. Wait time starts from time Plane lands. Additional Wait time charged at $1/minute or the vehicles hourly rate whichever is greater.
Private /FBO airports: Wait time starts 15 minutes after scheduled Wheels down time. Changes to this time must be made 2 hours prior to scheduled wheels down for wait time not to be charged.
No Shows will be charged in full. If you can’t find your chauffeur please contact us at 1.866.465.7664/1 800 429 5285 and do not take other transportation as your car may be circling the block, or standing 1 or 2 blocks away.
Cancellations for Sedan and SUV must be made 4 Hrs prior to the trip time by Phone. Cancellations for all other vehicles must be made 8 Hrs prior to the trip time by phone or they will be charged in full.
Prices are subject to change from the website at any time unless confirmed in email reservation from Song Limousine.
As Directed: Your car is hired for an estimated amount hours and the actual time charged will be rounded to nearest half hour increment. Prices for Manhattan and out of town trips will vary in price. Any trips that end after 7pm are charged 1 extra hour for travel time back to the base.
Stops made on route to a destination are charged at $20.00 per stop.
Changes to a reservation can be made anytime up to 1 hour in advance, others may be subject to an additional stop fee or waiting time.
Procedures:
Airport Arrivals All clients are asked to turn on their cell phone at the time the plane lands. The client will be instructed where to go to meet the driver for inside pickups, or may contact the driver directly for curbside pickups.
Home and City Pickups: Clients may request a phone call, text or email confirmation from our offices that a driver is on-site. Our drivers are always on-time – if you do not see your driver please call 1.866.465.7664.
