The other site will not give you one flat price, they will do the plus plus dance, that is, price plus gratuity, plus tax, plus gas surcharge, plus sales tax, plus parking, plus tolls, plus any other nonsense they can think of.

Why are they asking you to do the math? Is it because their first price is low and after the math, the price is astronomical?

20% gratuity? Give me a break, WHO PUTS THEIR TIPS ON THE BOOKS? WOULD YOU? Are they trying to say that they are forcing you to pay a tip in addition to the fabulous salary they already pay the drivers?

Our price is flat and all inclusive, and we make no mistake about it.

On street address pickups waiting time starts at the reserved pickup time i.e. a car is reserved to pickup at 3 pm, the car will be on location at, and waiting/hourly time will start at 3:00 pm and charged at the regular hourly rate. We urge you to please be on time as traffic can never be monitored and estimated correctly and the cars are always expected near the drop off point for their next pick up. ABC Service Inc, is able to monitor all commercial flights, therefore, wait time is not charged on a commercial airline, except in cases of delay due to luggage or other situations. ABC will allow for 30 minutes on domestic and 45 MINUTES hour on any international flight before after the plane lands to bill wait time charges.One hour travel time back to the base will be added to any hourly jobs after 7pm unless otherwise negotiated. Cancellations of reservations within two hours in NYC or 3 hours in other cities of scheduled pick up time will result in a full charge to base fare. International bookings must be cancelled within 24 hours. Full charges will be will be applied if a client is a no show without prior notification. The customers will be solely responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle. No alcoholic beverages will be tolerated to any passenger under the age of 21. Company will not be responsible for any items, personal property or valuables left in the vehicles. All trips are done by independent contractors to ABC/ based on prior agreements with the independent contractors. Clients must recognize that in some cases, ABC/ is acting as a broker/agent of services and cannot monitor all cars 24/7. ABC expects, but cannot guarantee that the contractors will have all insurance, liability and licensing in full force at the time service is performed. By offering credit card numbers to be charged, when a reservation is made, either by telephone, electronically or by any means, client is waiving all rights to future litigation against ABC/ and any other connected workers, contractors or employees. ABC reserves the right to change any prices, without prior notice depending on the conditions of contract. For Safety Purposes the company will not be responsible, nor will the driver tolerate any clients personal problems. All clients are advised that all curbside airport pickups can take anywhere from 3- 5 minutes from the time the client is in the designated waiting area to boarding the vehicle. All pickups from any address going anywhere can take that time to a few minutes longer due to city traffic, city ticket agents and other traffic issues that are out of our control. If a car does not move away after it receives a ticket, the car is in danger of being towed and we therefore MUST drive around the block. You will be notified Instantly of such an occurrence and we ask that you bear with us and assist us in making a smooth pickup every time. Please never walk away or jump into a cab or assume that the driver is simply not there. If the client walks away from any agreed pickup area without notifying ABC/, full charges will be applied.
